Necromunda Campaign Informational Post #1
Now that the inaugural meeting for the 40K Narrative Campaign has concluded, I have some information for those interested in Necromunda but weren't able to attend:
1) Campaign will run from March 1st to November 7th
2) There will be 3 "seasons" to each leg of the campaign (both Necromunda specific and for the overall narrative campaign):
Part I: March 1st - May 23rd
Part II: May 24th - August 15th
Part III: August 16th - November 7th
For Necromunda, each part will have slight rules variations to differentiate them; these will be made available before each part. In general, each campaign follows a similar format:
3 weeks of active fighting
1 week of downtime (narrative battle at Louisville Game Shop)
3 weeks of active fighting
1 week of downtime (narrative battle at Louisville Game Shop)

For those interested in purchasing the relevant books as the campaign evolves, I will give you advance notice for when those books will be needed, and will let Colin/Clay at LGS know ahead of time so they can get copies ordered in for you.
3) Games will not be scheduled because everyone has different availability/time demands. Posting on the Facebook group might be a great way to find a game (use the post topic "Seeking a game!" for better visibility). To encourage fighting new Gangs/players, Necromunda awards 1 Reputation (needed to hire on non-Fighter help, like Hangers-on and Brutes, as well as find Rare items at the Trading Post) each time you face a Gang you've never fought against, so get out there and make some new friends...and wreck their Gang up!
4) During weeks of active fighting, there is no limit to how many games you can play, though obviously there is more to be gained (and lost) each time you fight. Downtime weeks are good for licking wounds and regrouping, and participation in narrative battles at LGS is not mandatory (but highly recommended), with small in-game rewards for those who are able to attend.
5) I will not be running an active Gang throughout the campaign so that I can better serve in an Arbitrator capacity. However, if you are having trouble finding games, I can fill in as an opponent around my availability.

6) Make sure to sign up for Yaktribe at https://yaktribe.games/underhive. It's free and they have tons of great tools for making and tracking your Gang's progress. I've formed a Guild on there so campaign tracking will be easy to do. Once you get signed up, shoot me a message with your Yaktribe username so I can get you added to the Guild. You might be able to search for it (Louisville Necromunda League) and request to join.
7) Battle reports are not necessary, but highly encouraged! Not everyone is a writer or photographer, but posting the events of a battle can help shape the narrative as much as the narrative scenario battles themselves. If you want your efforts as a Gang Leader to be known, this is definitely the best way to do so! I will post links to blogs with good examples of what we're looking for at a later date.
8) A formal league FAQ will be available before the campaign starts, and will be posted here and on the Facebook group.
